Design-Build has been successfully utilized for virtually every type of aquatic project including college, YMCA, municipal, school, hotel, camp, apartment and therapy pools. Using the Design-Build method of aquatic project delivery, Vincent Pools and the owner work as a team during design and construction. This method affords the owner a single source responsibility for all work within the project scope and projects can be completed in less time because many of the steps in the design-bid method can be eliminated. Sometimes construction can even begin before all of the design is completed. Design costs are minimized and construction costs are kept low through our knowledge of the most appropriate methods and materials and these costs are established sooner in the process than with the design-bid method.
